Elina Organics GOYA Balm Review

I have reviewed Elina Organics before (read that post here), and their line of cruelty-free and holistic skincare has become a fast favorite of mine. Their GOYA Balm has been amazing for my lips during this dry winter weather!

*Disclaimer: This product was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.

The GOYA Balm is a lip and face balm made with all natural papaya and mango extract. All of the ingredients are certified organic and include castor seed oil, beeswax, lauryl laurate from coconut, carnauba wax, papaya, orange, and mango.

The balm is enriched with Vitamins A, C, and E to support cell turnover, boost collagen production, and guard against environmental stressors, respectively. It also has papain, an enzyme from papaya that exfoliates and lightens lips, and beta-carotene to offer natural sun protection.

I’ve had much better luck with organic lip balms over traditional varieties due to their ability to deeply moisturize and keep my lips looking and feeling healthy. The GOYA Balm is no exception, as it provides great hydration. It also smells great, and mango is one of my favorite scents and flavors!

This can be used at any time and I do often refresh my lips throughout the day, but I like using it best as a sleeping mask for my lips. I apply a generous amount before going to bed and let it work its magic overnight.

You can also apply the balm to your face or eye area to nourish delicate skin, though I haven’t tried this because I have pretty oily skin and prefer to use it as a lip balm. I can see this being great for the thin skin of the undereye area, though.

Visit Elina Organics to purchase.

Bottom Line: I love the Elina Organics GOYA Balm and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an effective lip balm and/or lip sleeping mask! It’s made with plenty of great, organic ingredients and is Leaping Bunny-certified as cruelty free, too.
