My fellow millennials can confirm that back in the late 90s/early Aughts, micro-thin brows were the trend. Given that I was a teenager who wanted to follow the trends, I over-plucked my eyebrows and they’ve never recovered. I’ve used a few different brow growth serums, and most recently tried the neuBROW and neuLASH from Skin Research Laboratories.

I was interested in neuLASH and neuBROW because, as previously stated, I have sparse brows and also have thin, straight eyelashes due to my Korean genetics.
neuBROW is an award-winning brow enhancing serum that promotes fuller and thicker looking brows in four to six weeks. The serum is formulated with Skin Research Laboratories’ Dual-Weight Protein Complex, which boosts shine and flexibility and restores the appearance of youthful-looking brows. It also contains peptides, proteins, vitamins, and conditioning ingredients.
neuLASH is very similar and works to dramatically improve weak eyelashes in 30 days. It is formulated with Active Eyelash Technology, which envelops lashes in Skin Research Laboratories’ proprietary blend of amino acids and bioengineered peptides for stronger, longer looking lashes.
Both serums are safe for contact lens wearers and are tested by ophthalmologists and dermatologists. The products are also cruelty-free and vegan.
The serums should be applied once a day (you won’t get better or faster results using it twice a day) and I chose to use them at night. Sleep is a really important part of any beauty regimen, and I prefer to use serums like this at night because I can take full advantage of my body’s regenerative routine while sleeping. Once you achieve your desired results, you can switch to using these every other day.
Here are before and after photos of my brows while using neuBROW for about three weeks. I previously had my brows microbladed, but I was tired of the upkeep and the price, so I wanted to use neuBROW to grow out my brows and hopefully have them look fuller. I think that the results have been great so far! You can click on each image to enlarge it, and I think the areas of my inner brow have gotten much denser and my brow hairs overall have been lengthened (I can attest to this for sure — I’ve had to start trimming them regularly).
I do not have before and after photos for neuLASH because I’ve been regularly using lash enhancing serums, so there is really no difference in my lash length because they were already being boosted by a serum prior to starting neuLASH. That’s not to say I don’t think it works — my lashes have stayed much longer and stronger while using neuLASH, so it certainly hasn’t hurt the progress I’ve already made on my lashes!

Bottom Line: If you’re looking to enhance your brows and/or lashes, neuLASH and neuBROW have worked very well for me. You only need a little for one application, and each tube lasts 60 to 90 days.
