I usually burn candles at home, but incense is a great option that isn’t just for hippies! I remember my dad would use incense when I was a kid (granted, he was a hippie in his day), so I’m familiar with how to use it.
For those who don’t know, it’s easy: simply add the stick(s) that you wish to burn to your incense holder, light them with a match or lighter, and then snuff out the flame with a gentle blow and allow the tip to start smoking. The scent is released with the resulting smoke.
Wild Berry Incense has incense available in cones, sticks, and powder as well as wax melts, palo santo sticks, and fragrance oils. The traditional incense sticks are available in Biggie and Shortie sizes, too.
There are so many scents to choose from! Scent families include Fresh and Clean, Fruits, Florals and Greens, Earthy, Woods, Spicy, Foodlike, and Holiday. Wild Berry Incense kindly sent me Wizard, Dragon’s Blood, Fizzy Pop, Egyptian Musk, Egyptian Cotton, Champa Flower, and King Cake to try. I love Fizzy Pop the most, as the stick is sweet scented and the bottom is glittery (see photos above)! They all smell wonderful, though.
The video above was shot with my iPhone so it isn’t the highest quality, but you get the idea. The smoke looks so beautiful and soothing (and smells wonderful).
