Care.ē.on Layover Lip Mask Review

I went to Korea for the first time back in March and it was my first long-haul flight experience. I’m used to air travel, but I wish I had the Care.e.on Layover Lip Mask with me this time around!

*Disclaimer: This product was sent to See, Shop, Love! in exchange for an honest review.

The Layover Lip Mask is the newest addition to the Care.e.on lineup and can be purchased individually or as part of their En Route Essentials kit, which I previously reviewed here.

Care.e.on products are certified cruelty-free through the Leaping Bunny program and sustainably packaged. The tube is made from 100 percent sugarcane and the box is recycled paper.

The mask has a hydrating blend of shea butter and moringa seed oil with a refreshing yuzu citrus scent to keep lips soft and moisturized.

If you’ve never used a lip mask before, the consistency is thicker than a standard lip balm. The texture is very smooth and silky and doesn’t feel tacky or sticky on my lips. This one has a nice light citrus scent from the yuzu, which I love. It would have been perfect to have during my international flights, as I found myself constantly reapplying lip balm due to the dry airplane air.

Even if you aren’t planning any travel, this is great as an overnight lip mask or even daily use. I keep it on my bedside table and use it every night before I turn in and my lips are still hydrated and soft the next morning.

Bottom Line: I will definitely be packing the Care.e.on Layover Lip Mask for my next flight! In the meantime, I’m using it as an overnight mask to keep my lips’ skin barrier soothed and moisturized.
