All of the products are full-sized and hand-picked by Ellen. The Spring box theme was centered heavily around gardening and had eight products.

I have to say that this month’s products aren’t quite relevant to my interests, but I do appreciate sticking to a theme. Here’s what was inside:
My Little Belleville Honey Bee or Lavender Gardening Gloves: I received the Lavender gloves. The brand is a woman-owned small business that focuses on sustainability and partners with charities such as Unicef and the Red Cross. Even though I don’t garden, I can put these gloves to use doing other chores.
BE KIND. by ellen “You Dig It” Gardening Trowel: This is a sturdy trowel that you can use for urban gardening, weeding the yard, or other green-thumb activities.
American Meadows Meadowscaping Seed Starter Kit: This comes with five pure wildflower packets, including Sunflower seeds, Pollinator Wildflowers, Purple Cornflower, Zinnia seeds, and Monarch Butterfly seed mix. American Meadows is redefining the world’s understanding of gardening by connecting people to a sense of purpose, the land, and those around us.

Gurunanda Concentrated Mouthwash: I don’t like the standard alcohol-based mouthwashes so I am interested in trying this. The brand employs quality standards from seed-to-shelf and creates products that reduce excessive waste. This small bottle is good for 300 uses, meaning less packaging and a smaller carbon footprint.
Style Edit Root Touch-Up Powder in 1 of 5 shades: I don’t have a need for this (yet), but I did receive the dark-brown shade, which is appropriate for my hair color. Style Edit makes vegan, ethically-sourced products in the USA. Their hair care line has no animal products or byproducts and they never perform animal testing.

Beekeeper’s Naturals Superfood Honey + Wooden Honey Dipper: Beekeeper’s Naturals makes medicinal-grade honey that supports the immune system with antioxidants and other potent ingredients from nature. The brand also supports pollinator protection with the University of California Davis Honey Bee Research Facility and donates 10 percent of profits from their apparel line to them.
Bob’s Red Mill Bob’s Bars 5 Pack: I received the Peanut Butter Chocolate and Oats flavor and the other possible flavor was Peanut Butter Jelly and Oats. The bars are Non-GMO certified, whole grain, and gluten-free. Bob’s Red Mill is 100 percent employee-owned and one of only approximately eight thousand businesses in the country. The bars are really good and have yummy little chocolate chips inside.

Diamond Art Club Custom BE KIND. Diamond Painting Kit: This kit is from a woman-owned company that supports artists around the world, including Ukrainians displaced by global conflict. They also ethically source their artwork from a variety of artists and properly license every design. I have never heard of this type of project before and am looking forward to trying it.

Each box comes with a nice little magazine that has a letter from Ellen introducing the products plus information from each of the brands and the box illustrator. The Spring box featured artwork from My Little Belleville owner, Michelle Christensen.
Along with all of the products above, each subscriber is entered to win Ellen’s Golden Ticket giveaway, which is a trip for two to Puerto Rico for this quarter!

Bottom Line: While the Spring 2023 box may not have been my favorite (I’m not a gardener), all of the products are still high quality and I love that they feature brands that do good within the community. I especially like the GuruNanda mouthwash and may even give gardening a shot with the American Meadows seeds!
